eduSeed Zoom Integration Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the eduSeed Zoom integration provided by EDUEED GROWTH PRIVATE LIMITED.

The eduSeed Zoom integration allows authorized administrators and instructors to connect Zoom accounts to eduSeed, receive Zoom recording-related events, retrieve transcript data where available, and generate draft class summaries for internal review within eduSeed.

You agree to use the integration only for lawful and authorized purposes.
- You must use only Zoom accounts you are authorized to connect.
- You must not attempt to bypass access controls or security measures.
- You must not use the integration to violate applicable law, privacy rights, or contractual restrictions.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eduSeed and Zoom account access, and for activities performed through your authorized use of the integration.
5. Zoom Authorization and Data Access
By authorizing the eduSeed Zoom integration, you permit eduSeed to access and process Zoom account information, cloud recording metadata, transcript data, and related information needed to provide the integration's functionality, subject to the applicable Privacy Policy.
6. Draft Summaries and Human Review
Draft class summaries generated through transcript processing or AI-assisted summarization are provided for review purposes only. Users remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving summaries before relying on them.
7. Availability and Changes
The integration may change from time to time. EDUEED GROWTH PRIVATE LIMITED may modify, suspend, or discontinue functionality, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice where reasonably necessary.
8. Acceptable Use Restrictions
You must not:
- use the service in a way that disrupts or harms eduSeed, Zoom, or other users;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, tokens, recordings, or transcript data;
- reverse engineer or misuse the integration beyond permitted use;
- upload or transmit malicious code or abusive content through the service.
9. Third-Party Services
The integration depends on third-party services including Zoom, Supabase, and AI service providers. Availability and functionality may be affected by those providers and their policies, terms, and service limitations.
10. Privacy

11. Disclaimers
The integration is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. EDUEED GROWTH PRIVATE LIMITED does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy of third-party data, or error-free output from transcript or AI-assisted processing.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDUEED GROWTH PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the integration.
13. Termination
Access to the integration may be suspended or terminated if necessary to protect security, comply with legal obligations, address misuse, or respond to operational concerns.
